About Me

I'm a full time working mother of three. I've been in foodservice areas almost all of my entire working career. I've managed several restaurant chains over the years, including my own bakery. I've been SERV-safe certified many years now as well as baking, decorating courses over the years through Wilton. My goal is to rebuild my clientele and have a storefront again. I love baking, decorating and sharing the excitement everyone has when they see the end result as what we have created based off just ideas and themes. Baking and decorating truly is my therapy, other interests I have include photography, and the possibilities of catering. I'm focused on one step at a time, hoping to create something on a larger scale.
